Let’s get into this amazing🍓Spring Goddess Fertility Smoothie🍓. Mmmmm Yasss!!!
So its spring season, which means summer is right around the corner and I’ve gotten a few requests for some more tasty healing smoothie/juice recipes. Specifically for fertility, and womb health.
ME: “I got you sis!”
Below is a quick and simple recipe I put together to give the feminine body much nutrients while balancing our hormonal frequencies. This smoothie is prefect for all women.
Being fertile isn’t just about being able to become pregnant. It’s about the growth within yourself as well. Are you fertile (positively growing) in your daily routine? Even if you have gone through physical surgery or extreme trauma to your womb, you still can focus on your womb health and connecting to your feminine energy.
The key is the very essence, not just the physical reflection of what makes us WOMEN.
This smoothie is packed with some of my favorite ingredients, for instance, maca root(improves sexual dysfunctions), mangos(immune booster), and beetroot(increases folate/folic acid; great for pregnant women).
I also added an affirmation to chant while drinking your Spring Goddess Fertility Smoothie.

Total Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2-3 Cups
INGREDIENTS:
Beetroot, Strawberry, Mango, Lime , Hemp Seeds, and Maca Root Powder.
RECIPE:
🍓1 Skinned/Chopped Beetroot
🍓1 Cup Strawberries
🍓1 Skinned Mango
🍓1 Lime Freshly Squeezed
🍓2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
🍓1 Tbsp Maca Root Powder
BENEFITS:
Increase in hormonal balance.
Enhances fertility.
Helps with exercise/sexual performance
DIRECTIONS:
Remove skin from beetroot, and mango. Next, add all ingredients to blender.
Add water as needed, and mix until desired texture.
Pour and enjoy sis!
